If you, like me, are a goat cheese enthusiast, then you will feel right at home in Poitou Charentes, a region home to one third of all the goats in France! This fresh goat cheese is just one of the many styles from the region and a versatile addition to cheese plates or seasonal salads. (Pro tip: it is also delicious broiled over un bon burger). Its mild, slightly tangy flavor reminds me of spring mornings in the country, starting the day with some simple tartines of fresh goat cheese drizzled with honey. - Jean-Fromage
